Active management of our investments – a core part of our philosophy - requires a team with diverse skills, including operational and financial management capabilities.

Our team members have significant experience gained from working in diverse institutions such as McKinsey, Terra Firma,  JP Morgan, Boston Consulting Group, Morgan Stanley, Standard Chartered, HSBC, PwC and Ernst & Young. So we never outsource to others the responsibility of value creation.
